Only 21 available — First Edition Print
Originally exhibited and collected at COI18 during the REVELATIONS show, this piece was entirely with color pencils is a continuation of a shift in my work , from art that just looks good, to art that says something.
Inspired by the Bible’s Book of Revelation, this work centers the Red Horse , a symbol of war and unrest , placed against the backdrop of the LA wildfires, which were often spoken about as apocalyptic signs. The chaos, the smoke, the heat , all tied to the times we’re living in.
A nod to Nina Simone’s words, “Art should reflect the times,” this piece is part protest, part prophecy, and entirely intentional.
Each print is part of a limited run of 21, signed and numbered.
